Referral Program

Welcome to our new and revved up referral & incentive program for 2009!  Currently we give out gift cards for any referral we recieve from an existing customer and some of you know what I am talking about.  We will continue to do that at the end of the year like usual and the more referrals you send our way the bigger your gift card gets...  

The new incentive program will start immediately.  Since we are already into February we will do a blind draw for anyone who booked travel services this month.  This incentive will be open to everyone who books travel with us and I have outlined the procedures below:

•  Book 1 travel service at any race this season and recieve one entry for that month's booking.
  • Hotel accommodations - One Room
  • Car rentals - One Car Rental
  • Airline tickets - One Ticket
  • Motor Coach transfer - One R/T Transfer (recieve 3 chances)

Book more than 1 service and recieve that many entries, it is that simple.  Example: You book 3 hotels rooms at Bristol for 3 nights, you will get 3 entries for just that booking alone.  Book 3 more at Martinsville and get 3 more entries all in March.  If you book a hotel room, car and/or airline ticket together your chances just doubled.   It is a new program so it will take some time for ya'll to get used to but we hope you will take advantage of it.

All prizes and gifts will be sent once that months bookings are satisfied and paid for.  If your booking cancels you will loose that chance only.  If you have any questions or suggestions please contact Mark at  mark@gerlingsports.com
