Gerling Sports is able to offer reliable, experienced trackside assistance for your hospitality, hotel check-in, pit and garage tours and keeping your guests happy. No group is too large or small to demand out attention.

Our staff is there to make your life easier. Our goal is to make the onsite event experience smooth and stress free for our clients. We do this by proactively confirming all prior arrangements, checking each event in advance, and keeping in constant communication with the facility and service staffs. We handle all the details so you do not have to. This is a fee based service.

We can:

• Conduct or assist with the pre-convention meeting
• Check the arrival and delivery of shipments
• Assist with event set-up
• Provide hotel with updates and guarantees to attendee counts
• Communicate with hotel staff on all levels on behalf of our clients
• Oversee all transportation schedules
• Oversee function space set-up
• Control costs to stay within our clients event budget
• Review all event billing for accuracy
