Gerling Sports Travel acts as your “agent of record”, allowing us to wholly represent you (the client) when dealing with hard to reach supplier sales managers.

Gerling Sports Travel provides the client with a comprehensive spreadsheet of all the options available with specific requirements from the client.

Gerling Sports Travel has well trained team members that are exceptional in negotiating contracts, managing rooming lists, lowering deposits, securing multi-race/year contracts and protecting the client contractually.

Re-Sell Benefit:

Unlike the competition, Gerling Sports Travel offers our clients the benefit of re-sale. Since we work with a variety of clients attending the same race events we have the opportunity to buy and sell inventory from one client to another thus insuring your room block is satisfied. There is a 10% fee for all rooms re-sold.
