Single Point of Contact– Gerling Sports Travel acts as your “agent of record”, allowing us to wholly represent you (the client) when dealing with hard to reach supplier sales managers.

Comprehensive Analysis– Gerling Sports Travel provides the client with a comprehensive spreadsheet of all the options available with specific requirements from the client.

Contract Negotiation– Gerling Sports Travel has well trained team members that are exceptional in negotiating contracts, managing rooming lists, lowering deposits, securing multi-race/year contracts and protecting the client contractually.

Re-Sell Benefit - Unlike the competition, Gerling Sports Travel offers their clients the benefit of re-sale. Since we work with a variety of clients attending the same race events we have the opportunity to buy and sell inventory from one client to another thus insuring your room block is satisfied. There is a 10% fee for all rooms re-sold.

Air Transportation Services

Commercial Air – Gerling Sports Travel is full service ticketing agency with the capability to book from one to a hundred individual air tickets, finding you the best prices for your required travel itinerary. This is a fee-based service..

Ground Transportation Services :

Car Rentals – Realizing how important it is to have a reliable source for automobile transportation, Gerling Sports is ready to make sure you get to the track on time and safely. We work with all the major rental car agencies coast to coast.

Group Transportation – Gerling Sports is capable of coordinating transportation services for you group regardless of size. Whether you are a President, spouse, owner, driver or corporate group in need of a transfer, Gerling Sports can get any type of vehicle required. We can direct bill or set up payment on your behalf.

Police Escort – Police escort services available upon request.

On-Site Mangement :

Gerling Sports is able to offer reliable, experienced trackside assistance for your hospitality, hotel check-in, pit and garage tours and keeping your guests happy. No group is too large or small to demand out attention.

We can:

• Conduct or assist with the pre-convention meeting
• Check the arrival and delivery of shipments
• Assist with event set-up
• Provide hotel with updates and guarantees to attendee counts
• Communicate with hotel staff on all levels on behalf of our clients
• Oversee all transportation schedules
• Oversee function space set-up
• Control costs to stay within our clients event budget
• Review all event billing for accuracy

Our staff is there to make your life easier. Our goal is to make the onsite event experience smooth and stress free for our clients. We do this by proactively confirming all prior arrangements, anticipating potential problems, checking each event in advance, and keeping in constant communication with the facility and service staffs. We handle all the details so you do not have to. This is a fee based service.
